The four hard skills of the bootcamp
Zero coding background required, any major welcome — over half of AI-skill roles sit outside IT. Everything you make banks into a standard AI portfolio: your prompt library, your own agent, your creative work.
Prompt Engineeringdirect the machine
Brief AI the way you'd brief a junior employee — audience, materials, spec, iteration. Most people get poor results because nobody taught them this.
You shipYour own prompt library, reusable at work from day one.
Vibe Codingship without a CS degree
Turn a written spec into a working page or tool, publish it, and hold a live link. No coding background needed.
You shipA live tool other people can open and actually use.
AI Creativecontent that ships
Images, video, audio and brand-consistent content pipelines — production work to a brief, not toys.
You shipA finished creative piece made to a real brief.
AI Agent Automationwork that runs itself
Chain tools into one line that does a whole job without you watching — and learn what should never be handed to the machine.
You shipAn automation that saves you hours every week.
We build your portfolio with you.Designed around the job you want.
First we set your direction, then we design your work around what your target role actually requires — and build it with you, piece by piece, until it's the evidence an interviewer wants to see.

Real company
A real brief from a real business, tailored to your direction.
- 4
Build it together
Weeks 7–10
We build alongside you; every piece must be one you can explain, with an honest AI-use record.
- 5
Onto your résumé
Week 11 onward
The work goes onto your résumé and LinkedIn — and the strongest work gets adopted by the company.
What you finish withA standard AI portfolio — prompt library, your own agent, creative work — plus a real-company project tailored to your target role, with every choice in it yours to explain.
We coach you to the offer.AI courses are everywhere — this part is rare.
That's our biggest difference: a senior HR expert joins in weeks 1, 4 and 11 and teaches the job hunt as a skill; the Sprint track adds 1–2 one-on-ones with the HR expert, then coaching with no cut-off date until you have an offer.

Attend at least 80%
- 2
Submit every piece of work
- 3
Execute the strategy we set together
Do those three, and Sprint coaching has no cut-off date — a 1-on-1 debrief after every real interview, a deep-dive reset whenever a month passes without an offer, until you're hired.
We promiseCore: you finish holding the skills, and real company work you can put on your résumé.
We don't promiseThat an employer will hire you — the hiring decision always belongs to the employer.

Twelve weeks: how the three parts fit
Weeks 1–6 teach you AI; weeks 7–10 build your portfolio with you; the HR expert joins in weeks 1, 4 and 11. From week 13, Sprint students are coached through the real hunt — with no end date.
| Weeks | Phase | What you do |
|---|---|---|
| Before you enrol | Experiencesee the workplace firstFREE · 45 MIN | Feel what an AI-era workplace actually expects: what bosses look for, the tasks you'd be handed, the AI you must be able to use — with a live role-play. Every student takes this class before enrolling. Then you decide. |
| Weeks 1–6HR · week 1 | Arm upfrom zero to useful | Bootcamp on the four hard skills — you make something real on the first night. In week 1 the senior HR expert explains the Canadian job market, gets to know you and sets your job-search goal with you. Along the way you bank the standard AI portfolio: your own prompt library, your own agent, your own creative work. |
| Week 4 · during bootcampHR | Set directionbefore building proof | A 1-on-1 career consult: what you want, what fits you, what the market is short of — and the HR expert decodes what your target role really requires. Direction set, we immediately start matching a real company for your project. |
| Weeks 7–10 | Forge the proofcapability becomes evidence | About a month on a real brief from a real business, scoped to your direction — built with us alongside. It goes on your résumé, and the strongest work gets adopted by the company outright. |
| Weeks 11–12HR · week 11 | Presentevidence becomes opportunity | In week 11 the senior HR expert returns and rebuilds your résumé and LinkedIn around the work. Sprint students start interview training: unlimited AI mock rounds plus a human coach's final review, then 1–2 one-on-ones with the HR expert. |
| Week 13 onward | The sprintSprint | Apply, interview, debrief, iterate — on a strategy we set together, with fixed check-ins. A month with no offer triggers a deep-dive reset. No cut-off date: we run with you until you're hired. |
